When it comes to care, we believe the people behind the service make all the difference. That’s why our carers are more than just qualified; they’re genuinely passionate, experienced and deeply committed to supporting individuals in the disability community.
Our team brings together a wealth of knowledge from across the disability sector. Many of our carers hold formal qualifications such as
- Cert III or IV in Disability Services
- First Aid & Manual Handling Certification
- Bachelor Degrees in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health Professions etc.
Beyond formal training, what truly sets them apart is their real-world experience many come from nursing backgrounds or have spent years providing hands-on care, often shaped by personal, lived experiences supporting people with disabilities.
We’re equally committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance. All of our carers meet the strict requirements set out by the NDIS Practice Standards, giving you peace of mind every step of the way. This includes completing the NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC), a mandatory national clearance, as well as comprehensive police clearances.
In addition, our carers undergo DHS checks, including Disability Employment Checks and Working with Children Checks (WWCC), where applicable. To further reinforce their understanding of quality care, every team member is required to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, “Quality, Safety and You.”
By combining strong qualifications, real-life experience and rigorous compliance standards, our carers are equipped to provide support that is not only professional but also compassionate, respectful and tailored to each individual’s needs.
