What do I need to do after a booking?

Once a support session concludes, there are a few standard steps:

  • Verify Hours: You may be asked to sign a digital or paper timesheet to confirm the start and end times of the shift.
  • Progress Notes: The support worker will complete “Progress Notes” detailing what was achieved during the session. You can request to see these to ensure they align with your goals.
  • Feedback: If you are unhappy with the service or if something went wrong, you are encouraged to contact their management immediately to provide feedback or lodge a formal complaint.
