To cancel a booking, you must provide notice directly to the Blu Sky Care office. Cancellations should be made by calling (08) 8463 1333 or emailing [email protected].
- The 48-Hour Rule: To avoid being charged, you typically need to provide at least 48 hours’ notice (or as specified in your individual Service Agreement).
- Short Notice Cancellations: If you cancel with less than the required notice, the NDIS allows providers to charge up to 100% of the scheduled service fee from your plan
