We recognise the rights of all people to lodge a complaint or provide feedback about any aspect of our services. We value your feedback and are here to help. You can provide feedback or submit a complaint to Blu Sky Care about:
A service – are these delivered in line with what you want?
A member of staff
How you were treated
Something else – are we doing well? Where can we do better?
Our complaint resolution
When we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it promptly, either verbally or in writing. The time it takes to resolve your concern will depend on its nature and the steps required. We will make every effort to address your complaint as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process. Where applicable, we will also outline the measures we’ll take to prevent the issue from recurring.
If we’re unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we’ll explain why and inform you of any further options available. Should you remain unhappy with the outcome, we can assist you in escalating the matter within Blu Sky Care or guide you on how to lodge a complaint with an external organisation.

How to raise a complaint anonymously?
Your trust matters to us. You can raise a complaint anonymously—we respect your choice. Us the online complaints form. While we prefer resolving concerns locally, we understand if you’d rather not speak to your worker or manager. Simply note this in your complaint, and we’ll ensure the right person reaches out. Only essential team members will be involved in finding a solution
