We assist individuals who require disability support, as well as family members or guardians arranging care on behalf of someone else. Many of our members use funding through the NDIS, Support at Home program or choose to pay privately.

We offer High Intensity Complex Care, In Home Care, Positive Behaviour and Community Access delivered by support workers.

Complex care involves supporting participants who require ongoing, specialised assistance due to a combination of physical, intellectual and medical disabilities.

A person-centred approach to support people who have difficulties in communicating their needs and feelings and who may show behaviours that are challenging or risky for themselves or others.

We work with each person and their family or carers to create a behaviour support plan that includes strategies to prevent, reduce and respond to challenging behaviours. Support can often begin within a few days, depending on your location and the type of assistance required. If your situation is urgent, we can quickly help you shortlist suitable support workers so you don’t have to wait.

Yes. You select your support worker based on factors such as their experience, personality, interests, communication style, and availability. Having this choice is important, as the right match helps make support feel safer, more comfortable, and sustainable over time.

Yes. Once you find a support worker who is a good fit, you can continue booking them for future support. This consistency helps build trust and establish routines over time.

If your support worker is unwell, on leave or their availability changes, we can help arrange a suitable backup so your support continues with as little disruption as possible.

Our team has comprehensive safety and qualification checks which includes NDIS Worker Screening and a minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability along with verified hands-on experience. This ensures your support is provided by a skilled, trustworthy and capable professional.

There are no subscription fees, lock-ins or prepayments. You only pay once a booking is confirmed and completed.

Payment depends on your funding type and setup. We’ll explain when charges occur, how invoices work, and what to expect so there are no surprises.

Yes. You can change or cancel bookings, and we encourage giving as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms are explained upfront so expectations are clear for everyone

Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider. We support participants using different plan management types and will explain what applies to your situation.

Yes. You can use your NDIS funding with us when the supports are considered reasonable and necessary and align with your plan goals. The process may vary depending on how your plan is managed, and we’ll walk you through the practical steps before getting started.

You can still begin receiving support. It’s possible to start privately and move to funded payments once your funding is approved. This approach helps prevent gaps in support when care is needed right away.
